Personal:
Anna joined us in 2021 as a Client Service Specialist. With 11 years in various management and customer service roles, she has established herself as a go-to problem solver, and an expert in handling client requests with the utmost care and compassion.
With her Fiancé Philip, she has a pit mix named James Dean, and a Corgi named Ness (Agnes) that she loves to dote on. Originally from Lincolnton, she has completed the North Carolina grand tour by having lived in Boone, Raleigh, Wilmington, and finally settling for good in Greensboro.
Anna is always on the go and loves to do home projects on she and Philip’s new home. Fancying herself a regular Martha Stewart, she also loves cooking and gardening.
Community Involvement
Anna is an active member of SynerG, and looks forward to engaging in more volunteer opportunities while not working, wedding planning, and overhauling their home.
Education:
Born and raised in Lincolnton, Anna attended Appalachian State University where she graduated in 2013 with a degree in Spanish. While at ASU, she enjoyed an internship in Madrid, Spain.
